After completing his bachelor’s degree in New Zealand, Hilal immediately stepped into the professional world. In 2022, he began his career in the United Kingdom as a Technical Attaché. At the same time, he was also pursuing his master’s degree.

Current Work and Leadership Development

Hilal currently supports important projects at the Ministry. He helps improve processes, strengthen services, and enhance the overall student experience. His role involves collaboration across multiple teams and requires both strategic thinking and a deep understanding of student needs.

Alongside his work responsibilities, he is also taking a PMP course and preparing for the exemption exam. Developing advanced project management skills is part of his long-term goal to lead large-scale initiatives that create strong and lasting improvements in the education sector.
